Jimbaran and the wider Bukit peninsula are full of larger clifftop and hillside villas, many of them high-end rentals with three, four or more ensuite bathrooms. The defining hot water challenge here is scale and pressure: properties up on the Bukit often run on tanks and pumps, and getting strong, consistent hot water to every bathroom at once takes a properly designed system. We do a lot of central-system work in Jimbaran — sizing tanks for peak guest demand, adding booster pumps, and frequently pairing it with solar to keep the running cost of all that hot water under control.
Bukit villas can have demanding access — steep driveways, rooftop plant positions — so we come prepared and plan the job to finish in one visit. For luxury rentals, we know a hot water failure during a stay is a serious problem, so we prioritise these calls. No travel surcharge applies for Jimbaran, the Bukit, Uluwatu or Nusa Dua.
